2. Products
All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We accept various forms of payment as indicated on our website. By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and you authorize us to charge your order to that payment method.
4. Shipping
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. Any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any purchases.
We understand that sometimes an item might not be the perfect fit. Therefore, we offer exchanges only under the following conditions:
- Eligibility Window: You must request an exchange within 30 days of your original purchase date.
- Condition of Item: The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags still attached.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your exchange.
- Exchange Process:
- To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@projectraw.co within the 30-day window.
- Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange, along with the desired size or item.
- Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for an exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
- If approved, your new item will be shipped to you, or a store credit will be issued for the value of the original item, excluding shipping costs.
- Non-Exchangeable Items: Gift cards are non-exchangeable.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@projectraw.co with photos of the damage to initiate an exchange.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and product designs, is the property of The Shop at Project Raw or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.
